Why We Operate the Way We Do
Cee Cee Dax Contractors was formally incorporated last year. The company is young. The approach behind it is not.
Before the business was registered, time was spent understanding how finishing and renovation projects in Lagos succeed or fall short — the recurring causes of delay, the reasons clients lose confidence in a contractor midway through a project, and the small decisions on site that eventually determine whether a finished space meets what was agreed at the outset.
That understanding shaped how we operate. Rather than growing the business first and developing proper systems later, we put structure in place from the outset: documented processes for material approval, site inspection, progress reporting and handover.
A client working with us today is working with a company still building its track record, but not one still working out how a project should be run.
